NeverAgain is a non-profit that I was very fortunate to work on a project with at my current employer, Salesforce Ignite. They are developing a service with the aim of leveraging aggregate data (crowd-sourced, social networks, government agencies, professional orgs, etc.) to enable citizens, responders, and disaster relief organizations to communicate, coordinate, and recover together.
As part of our research on the project, we conducted interviews with residents that were affected by the 2017 Atlantic hurricane season. This greatly informed our design process and became a key element of telling the NeverAgain story. After heavy team collaboration on the storyboard, our two-person crew shot all of the interviews and then I took it from there to combine our story with animated concepts and relevant storm footage.
